The headrest isn't actually sharp, I just have two edges a bit too close together, so it doesn't look as smooth as it could, same with the sidepod actually, although it doesn't seem to be a problem further up :S
As for the nose, I don't really know what I'm doing with normals in ZM, but I'll take a look in max, if I have time and try and fix the problem...
And hopefully I wont screw up the mapping eh? :P
