Has anybdy got an exact time or so to go onto gp4italia coz everytime i go onto it the bandwith is always used up

I think early in the morning (GMT, don't know if you're from another time zone )

also why is it asking me to provide a username and password every time i try and download,im already logged in but still wont let me download,its strange because its been working fine until now.

Do you mean the username and password on the download page for each file? I think that is some kind of protection against mass downloaders and hot linking. The password changes every day so as to stop people downloading automatically.

not that,i put the download password in then it asks me for username andpassword even though im already logged in,then when i put the passwords back in it doesnt accept it...

Traffic Light come to green at 12.00 am (Rome Time)

From 3 days we use a new download protection, in download page you can find (wrote in yellow) every day a user login and a password which will be changed every day. It's a protection against mass downloaders and hot linking as MarcLister said.

This means download quota will be reset every day at 12AM Italian time.

?!?

The dowload quota is reset every day at midday Italian time. But, as the server seems to have a delay of more-less 40 mins, the quota is actually reset at 12.40 Italian time. So, you have to wait for an hour from now and you'll be able to start downloading for today...
