It is called Pitboard to be used with Gpxpatch but I don't remember were I downloaded it perhaps in racesimulation .com

It's not so hard these pitboards to work:
- Put the pitboard.ini into Grand Prix\gpxdata\pnl
- Make a subfolder under gpxdata\pnl called pitboards.

Start GpxPatch - GPxCInfo - Panels - Mark a free panel -
click on open - Grand Prix 4\gpxdata\pnl\pitboard.ini
