How to make my own helmet

hey guys

i was looking at all the helmet subjects for how to make my own helmet and i can't find anything on it i searched and it was giving me something that was irrelavent anybody got an idea?

take a real driver helmet painted by someone, then paint yours over it... with photoshop, psp, the gimp, etc.

what about them? just paint them the same way you paint the rest of the helmet, using one of the painting software packages.
