Updated Toro Rosso car - NEW download link on p2...

Well, when IWE released his great Toro Rosso livery on the 10 March (only several hours after the official presentation on the real car), I thought that he released an improved one after the first races of the championship. But as nothing is coming and after to have released the crew of this team, I began to check if I can improve and update his work by myself.
