No, thanks to you this mod will be not be relaesed for GP4!!
The reason that A1gp banned mods for rfactor is that a1gp is devolping his own game with a rfactor engine. The a1gp gp4 mod would be no serieus danger for the release of this game. Because who's still playing GP4? yes correct, a hand full of people...

A what do i see now, i few people devolped this mod en leaked this ractor mod on the internet.
DaveEllis maybe you can contact this people en try to convince them that they have to stop with it, because it's against the law. Just like you did here...

It's already been removed from rtracker by the webmaster, if it's been uploaded somewhere else, then the person who's done that should, quite frankly be shot.

It's obviously been illegally leaked, and now everyone's getting all excited when it's clear there isn't anything to be excited about.
