Cars.wad all mixed up

HELP!!!!

i´ve installed GP4 and i have started the game for the first time and it´s all mixed up!
There is jaguar, prost is jaguar :S minardi has white helmets, a williams is jaguar + irvine´s helmet, ferrari is white, bar is white. I´m desperate.

uninstall the game after it's uninstalled

go to

My Computer => HDD(C => Program Files => Infogrames and delete the infogrames folder...

after tht restart ur pc and then install the game again then download the v9.6 patch from this site

Did you change anything in the car.wad or is it a fresh instaall?

make sure the TEX files don't change names, make sure ingame graphic settings your texture quality is set on high !!!

you have a jaguar and irvine helmets means the game doesn't find the new things so it give you the default ones. Mayby you have wrote a mistake to update like:

driver1_1.tex and you wrote diver for example

i don't use a patched gp4.exe and have no problems at all
