Sorry to keep people waiting for these fixes.but i'm waiting till the next version of 3d editor is released before the work is done...as btone said..it will be removing those walls...fixing invisible walls etc...pits..
same goes for adelaide track fixes also.....it may be a while as it may involve building new dat files from scratch..

well thats good to know :) Could u tell me when the new 3d editor is going to be released? I'm considering running this track in a league of mine for a one off for fun race... but i'd really like the walls be fixed lol especially that start/finish bug.

I'm really curious as to how to fix those kinda things. This whole track editing thing has really fascinated me, and would like to learn as well. not sure where to start exactly.

This is without a doubt one of the ABSOLUTE BEST tracks I have seen that was ever created for GP4!

Please tell me that the guys who created it have not abandoned it, and are working to squash the few bugs it had?

Jimbob won't spend much time on the tracks during the next time - as he said. But nevertheless he wants Surfers Paradise, Oulton and Adelaide to be fixed. That means that if he won't do it himself he will give authorization to others to do it - maybe to me... ;-)

Hehe, that's not fair ;)
The grahics of these track are quite finished - the major fixes will concern .dat file.
But I agree, I don't want to work on a track 9 months a second time - that's brutal ;-)

Surfer's Paradise is a beauty of a track and even now a real diamond! Jimbob did a awesome job. My admiration for you track creators is huge. It's a lot of detailed frustrating work I am sure, but those of us in the community really appreciate the work you put in for us!
