Mugello Track WIP

I have a good onboard movie shot from a S2000 mugen car.
Only problem is the file is 100 MB big which is more than my own webspace. If anyone know how to put it on the web I would be happy to do. (I may be able to reduce the size by cutting out a lap or two and compress with xvid).

I put another photo, map and elevation data on my homepage some time ago:

split it into two 50 mb files & upload it to somehere like rapidshare..i'm sure gildooorf would find this useful for his work...

Good news, I managed to find the same file on the net by searching on parts of the filename. It is on this page, look under "Video Mugello agosto 2004":

i don't know much about track editing etc, but that looks damn good.

btw have you asked Tony for this track? i think he already has done it for the dtm mod,but i don't know for sure. Last time i've seen it, it was really at a pre-early stage.

@shutt1e: What a good surprise, mate... I´m glad - and I think all GP4 fans - you came out... Thanks for the comments, and YES: B-tone has sent to me Mugello track... I may say it´s quite amazing what you have done there, at such an early stage of track editing... Very very impressive...


As you´ve noticed, I decided to rebuild all dat, based on aerial photos b-tone sent to me. Now I´m working on elevations using this Altimetry of the track on Mugello site. I´ve developed a method at Autocad to build elevations that makes them very smooth... With this altimetry I hope it´s gonna be quite realistic too...
