After (too) many months of work, the Foetus is ready for public release :)




Some shots from around the track, thanks Richard :)








Thanks again to all who helped in this project, and Fongu who allowed me to edit his Istanbul bridges, thanks guys :)

The track is available at Ricardo's site (http://ricardolampert.drivingitalia.net/), and will also be available at GP4 Italia when it is back online :)

On a personal note, I won't be making any more tracks. I've got hugely frustrated with this on many occassions (as richard will no doubt tell you I'm sure ;)) and I just don't have the heart for it anymore. I'll finish off my track editing guide, and then I'm done with track editing. If I do come back to it, I'm sure I'll have a lot more patience than I do now. I've asked kizz if he wants to finish Valencia, but at the moment he is unsure. As for Estoril, drop me an email if you want to carry on and finish the project. I hope I've helped some of you budding track editors out there in the time I've been here, but now I feel more like making carshapes over tracks :)

well i tried it once only, and it crashed just as i pulled out of the pits. which is quite a common thing i think. dunno if debug was on.
i'll try again one day soon ;-)

Despite the hard work - great track mate:) But very difficult and challenging;-)

here my best lap so far with the 2004 Mod - I think I can go faster, but I still have to gain more experience on this track:)

That would be a .bin problem, albeit a selective one, try remaking them (delete last sector blah blah blah) and it should work

I had the same problem with activated debug mode - the game loaded but when leaving the pits and touching the pitlane it crashed. I disabled debug mode and it was ok.

I droved a 1;48.042 with the 94 mod in a ligier , its a @#$%& difficult track , after 8 laps i had 11 spins ;)

I did a 1:36 with 2004 physics ages ago but I haven't done any proper laps in a long time ;-)
