2. I´m not sure if there´s a possibility of Dubai be included at F1 calendar, but who knows what comes through dirigent$$$$ minds?
3. Is it a Hermann Tilke´s project? I really don´t know...

-Fuji
-Shanghai
-Bahrain
-Sachsenring
-Istanbul

so, nop, doesn't seem to be a Tilke-drome :P
