Render Programs

Hi all,
I have seen amazing renders being made on this forum and i wondered what programs there are which i can use to learn to render. I have 3ds Max 7 but it seems very complicated (Is there a tutorial?) Also i have Blender but it doesnt seem to like my machine! Are there any other programs or tutorials for them?

omg! of course there are bloody tutorials... ever heard of google? or the search button? jeez..

there are lot of programs just like Lightwave, 3ds max, ...

but try to found a tutorial for 3ds max, seems easy when u know how to use it and i think Lightwave and other progams are even harder to use than 3ds

OK thank you R0b3rt0_38 and yes ralphi i did use the search button so calm down.

There is a superb tutorial on the "Give Some Renders" thread, on about page 8 (could be 7 or 9) for 3ds max 6/7
