@Sniper: Bad news, there's a know bug in 3DEditor concerning cc-line and unfortunately it has occured with my cc-line. I have to wait for next version of 3DEitor which will fix this bug - but then I'll continue on the cc-line.

Hi,
I just wanna thank you for your fantastic canon circut.
It is the best one from all the "new" ones and of course the best of the fictional tracks! I just started to find the perfect Setup and drive at the limit and the track is really hard to learn!

Keep on in editing!

Im sure we all guys will play GP4 in the year 2010 ;-)

Mick

PS.:
Is there anyone who can make some Champ Car Tracks like Laguna Seca, Surfers Paradies or Montreal? These are real race tracks, no pussy race tracks like in formula 1 today (for example made by my countryman hermann tilke :-( )

I've said it more than enough times, PLEASE do not request tracks. Although a lot of progress has been made of late, there is still not enough information to be able to simply sit down, and make a track and make it look superb in a few hours. It's an incredibly lengthy progress. As a trackmaker myself, I am looking for perfection from any track I help out in, or make, and currently, although we have a superb tool to work with, we don't have the knowledge to just sit down and make a track

Zep, is absolutely right. I also love Laguna Seca and Surfes Paradise and would like to drive on them but it it an icredible long and hard work to create them - especially such a city track like Surfers Paradise or also Laguna Seca with these extreme elevations.
Atm we have some new and talented track makers and each of them is already working on a fictional or reallife track. It alread would be a success if anyone decides to make one of these tracks - but then he is not to be envied for this work;-)

Hey guys,

i know! Be cool It wasn't really a request! I want to honor their work with my post and you start complaining about me! Why did you get so upset about my post?
I know it is a work of months and I respect the guys who work a it so long. I just was so pleased of the new designend tracks and i just want to know if somebody is working about it, ok?!
You neednt caution me cause of this, mate!

Mick

I did not got upset - I'm sorry if it sounds so;-)
Anyway, Laguna Seca is the track I am dreaming of to create - but I have with Istanbul hi-res and Shanghai two projects (and there will be others, too) which take all my time:( but it's nevertheless fun:)

all the circuits made have been brilliant so far. very well done to everyone as i tried it and it looks so hard.

i want to have 17 made up circuits instead of originals, its hard to change them from what you make them as to go over another circuit.

As I've said on realgpx.com, I've started creating a complete track editing guide which will include everything from the very basics of creating your layout, to creating as realistic a track as possible. I expect it will be finished sometime early in the new year, when it will be available at realgpx as a seperate download to 3D editor, but you will be able to get both from the same site :)

hey jimbob, great track :)
i finally got round to having a go, and even with the imola similarities, its amazing how much a track can change by moving fences, changing elevations etc.
its very well done :)

the bit that got me was once i'd finally figured out the imola resemblance, and came into a nice open turn with plenty of room for my mistakes, and what! a dirty big wall 2 foot from the track :p
no worrys though, i made it back to the pits :D
