Problem with loading screen

Hi guys

Recently I bought a new PC, Im running inot a problem with my loading screens. The problem is that when the track goes to load the loading picture dissapears? the loading bar at the bottom is still there and the track loads perfectly fine but the pic flashes for one second and go's away.

Heres the specs if that means anything

AMD 64 3400
200 GB HD
1GB of RAM
ATI Radeon X700 Pro
Soundblaster Audigy 2

i think it's problem from your videocard, disable progressbar in gpxPatch and it should work

I have this same problem myself, but I think it's something to do with my monitor considering the fact that it is 8 years old

Specs of my computer

AMD XP 2000+
40 GB Hard Drive
256MB of RAM
ATI Radeon 9550
8 Year old sound card (No Idea What It's Called)

It's a problem with Radeon graphic cards,
so try that what quickslick wrote.

yep that worked , actually the prob was after I turned up the aa and af to x6. thats when the pic dissapeared. But anyways disableing it worked thanks guys

I wonder why it does that in the first place

like I was saying it might have something to do with either the AA or AF? because when it was set to application managed it didnt do that, but when I adjusted it It startred to do that.

I was talking to Lee1971 and he was saying he had the same problem a while ago.

how can you be a renault fan ? probably are you British ?
because in France they are few (there was not a lot of "noise" here for ALonso title!)as Renault doesn't want French drivers in his team (keepin the poor Fisichella !)due to the fact that they only take those who are in the Briatore team (then he his paid by Rebnault and on a percenatge of the contracts of the drivers..not bad!; more strange when he negociate the salaries of the drivers , more renault pays more he his paid!!!!!
Obvioulsy that is not possible in a standard company, I presume they are some tricks as Renault built the cars in UK not in France!!

Then I support only the best team Mc LAren with the best pilot team Kimi and Juan PAblo are the best and next year they will be one and two for sure!

some years ago Bourdais (now two time Champcar champion) was near to sign a contract with Briatore but didn't do it at the last minute then obvioulsy he has no chance to go in this team now unless the new Renault boss (Carlos Gohn who want to take advantage of the F1 to sell his cars (Renault has had a poor sales year in 2005 and it will be the same in 2006) willl change that!

what does that have to do with anything????? im not sure how any of that releates to my loading screen question.....

BTW for being on-topic:
have you tried with other loading screens?
Is this happen with a mod or with stock or just with another picture??

it just an ati Radeon thing, no loading screen, or no loading bar choose one of them

I just disable the loading bar now

I had Pizza and chicken wings,lol actually this is with the 2005 mod but I think I have it pretty much sorted now.
