V8 ?

Hello guys, is there any plans to do a V8 engine performance? the car have to be 4,5 or even 6 seconds slower. Whats the easyest way to try it?

I was planning on dropping the horsepower to 600 odd and seeing what happened...

I'd have said that 660 would be more accurate...

Might need to drop tyre grip a little as well to get the right performance, but I'd wait til they start setting times with new cars / engines

And what about revolutions per minute ? It could change too.

What the cars lose in speed they'll make up some with raw grip

Well that can't be edited (yet at least) so that doesn't matter in GP4, but there may be more in the real cars...

If your going to base it on real life then you would use around 700 - 800 HP with 20,000 revs. However GP4 doesnt really like 20,000 revs so it will sound weird. And they wont be 3 - 4 seconds slower. Especially with tyre changes back in.

i would say 700-730 hp are more realistic. -cut two cylinders off-
