if u have ACDC, just click in the menu, in JPG (or tga) transform, and there u can flip it.

it is a program, which u can open files.. try to download it, i think it is free program... (same as irfanview)

Isn't ACDC an anagram to Anti-Christ/Devil Child?

The name of the program is ACDSee, isn't it? I used it on Win 98.
