www.realgpx.com also apparently, I have been informed by an inside source that you can just rename .tga to .tex and it works, and this means you don't get the horrible lossy conversion. The only downside is that the file size is much larger.

Erm... sorry but my texeditor is moaning because: "This TGA file is not 32bit file" and I dont have a clue what to do. Can someone help me about this?

if you used nething like paint shop pro, or photoshop then when u save the TGA there shud be an option for 16bit,24 bit, or 32bit, obviuosly choose 32 bit.

If you didn't make it then i wud advise u to open it in PSP or photoshop and resave it as a 32bit TGA

I've tried but I got only 8bit 16bit and 24bit for choices.

Erm, I'm using PhotoShop 7. And I dont think I saved it with an Alpha Channel, because I dont even know what is it?

An alpha layer stores reflection data / visibility data for GP4, but it might have other uses elsewhere...

Have you got the ps7 targa plugin? It's available on the adobe website, but I can't remember if not being able to save as 32bit was a problem before they made it...
