This may sound like a dumb question but what editors are people using to change the .tex files within the various .wad files ?

I tried to use Acdsee7 and also Paintshop 9, both dont recognize the file format. Are those programs too old? Am I missing something? I would use Photoshop but that program has gotten way too expensive to own.

Thanks for any insight,
Ren

For changing tex -> tga / tga -> tex => TexEditor (Batch conversation)

For making tex files smaller => TexResizer
