The easiest way to do that might be to detach all faces from the crane pod in a dedicated part and then rotate part with all the crane but pod to get it horizontal.

I already tried to move, in the same way that I make pra to go up or to go down an object, but I did not function. For example: It would like to place an car of firemen, in a descending, if not to incline the car, the car will go to be half inside of the land.
I tried some combinations in the MENU -> Preferences X, Y, Z, but do not function...

Grateful

Hi guys, i've been playing on a 2007 season for the past year, now i'm working on 2008. Not a mod or anything but i have the new cars/tracks etc designed including valencia street circuit and force india car.

I've nearly finished but i need help on changing menu text. For example on the main menu tere are four options, i need to know how to change the text there and also how to change background music on the main menu

The reason for this is so that on the menu i can choose from 2007 season & 2008 so then i dont have to get rid of 2007 designs. Please help me on how to change menu text and music.

I have tried a lot of utilities/editors but cant find which file actually holds the text for the menus or the background music.

Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks

You posted at the wrong place, mate.
This one is not about Track Editing and should be in a separate thread to get more accurate answers.

PS: I just saw you already created a new thread. That's fine then.

Is it okay to ask for textures here cause we don't yet have a thread for that..

Textures are important part of the tracks, so... :)

..why not.
Well I'm after a few..

First of all I would need some HI-Res tree textures.. conifer trees... you know. I don't seem to be satisfied with any I've found or ripped..
Second, you know the stands in GP4, people are way too big compared to their seats, which are also ridiculously lo-res.. So I would be happy to have a brand new seat texture for stands.. In this particular track they are mapped so that the texture has only one single seat in it.. Then I would need a smaller and more realistic crowd texture.. Yours are pretty neat TTM but people in them are scaled way too large and I don't like the style.. Most of the others I've found have people in standing position which looks ridiculous when they are supposed to sit tbh..

That's it..

Hi lo2k, this time i got a question about track editing. I just need to know how to look at the actual track using 3D builder. I opened the dat. file but there is only a very simple outline of the track with just sector. How do you view the objects and textures of a track in 3d builder as i saw in another post a screenshot of some corners of Bahrain using 3D builder. And just to make sure, 3D builder is your GP4 Builder, right?

If you want to see texture + object open GP4 file in the track wad. Else you can find some information in the Guide in the archive of GP4 Builder ;)

That's the easy solution.
Trying another Catalyst version is another one :)
