I got this idea before , but yet to post it , in my opinion , we need a team , not a plan .
However , I may convert CTDP 05 if I'm free in winter , suzuka spec. and introduce a developed rims.

Well, here's the deal, I'm a semi-professional 3D artist. I can model very well, but I'm not familiar with Zmodeler, and frankly, I find it a bit limited for doing this kind of stuff. I'm good with 3ds max and that's where I'll stay. Now if someone is interested in getting the stuff I do and putting them into Zmodeler, then mapping them, I could help, if when the time comes, I'm not busy with something else of course :)

If anyone is reading this and not buying much of it, here's a little of the stuff I do:
[realover.scifi-meshes.com]
[realover.scifi-meshes.com]

Those two are High resolution models of course, but doing low poly is a lot simplier and faster then those took me, and the car took me a week and the guitar about 2 days.

Nice thinking Buzz. Good to know that there will be a collective effort next year ! As regards carpainting...I just hope that everyone will produce high-quality cars and Hi-res cars for those whose PC'S can handle it. I'm useless at carpainting so don't expect any cars from me.. But I might make aloading screen or two next year. Let's see.

I gues all I'm saying is that for the sake of accesibility and quickness in releasing, quality should not suffer. Let's hope that is kept in mind. :)

Well , I want to say thank you , but two points I want to say
1.we don't have any blueprints , we just have public photos .
2.F1 is much more complex than roadcars. You just have lot's of photos and you must work out the shape in your mind first

I know that :) That Hyundai was made without blueprints, as I didn't have them avaible at the time. Before working on a model without blueprints I draw them myself in 3ds max so I can get it as close as possible. Having a close object of comparison also helps so that we can get axis positions correctly and so on. All I'm saying is that I know what I'm saying :)

is there any demand for track objects and buildings for current tracks?

Jenson drives it like he owns it; Lewis drives it like he stole it
