Have you ever tried to enable advancedcarshader ? if not you can senable it from your f1graphics.cfg so that it will say like this :

1 ; Enable AdvancedCarShader v2

What mod is this on jpmfw screen and where can i get it ?

Great shot of the Williams jpmfw. I tried the same blur effect in my shot of the M191 on page 27 but I think I overdid it with the blur. Fun though.
