Disable the public??

Is there and option in f1graphics.cfg or another file that allows to disable the public in qualification or race?

My computer is slow and i think i can reduce a little the PO

Does not will help a lot.
If you will save performance disable video walls and Heat Haze
in the graphics options.

If your Grand Prix 4 is stilling running slow reduce frame rate
in the Advance Graphic Options - Object Rendering

Or get a new computer/upgrade your computer

OK i will try this.

I think disabling public could me happen because i have the highest PO of all circuits in the straight of the finish line of Interlagos (it has got big "gradas" (i' don't know the english word, jeje, maybe stadium???)

I'm against sigpics

the actual textures for the crowds are increadibly small in both graphical size and filesize, and will cause no noticable performance drop. If you have them set to animating then itll cause more performance issues. If you change the line in f1graphics.cfg that read:

1 ; [MAIN VIEW] Draw crowds (0 => off, 1 => on, 2 => on and animating)

You can adjust between no crowd/Static crowd/Animated crowd

What about the camera flashes - maybe disabling them gives more performance too:

f1graphics.cfg
==============

1 ; [MAIN VIEW] Draw crowd camera flashes

change to

0 ; [MAIN VIEW] Draw crowd camera flashes

Not really. THe reason the PO is high on the main straight is because of all the objects (the grandstands, pit buildings, lights, banners etc) and often because, being straight, you can see quite a way and often see quite a few cars.

im sure crowds has some effect becaus ein free practice theres less po than in races and qualy with the crowds
