ability range in gp4 editor

please explain me what is better?

lower or higher values of that? not sure what is consistency...my crappy english

what if i put -315 (minus, below zero)?

any other tool sugested for changing drivers performances (not able to use teameditor beacuse of known reasons)?

does it have any influence on human drivers?

I'm not sure, but I understand that if you set the ability to 16128 and the range to 128, the driver's ability will vary from 16000 (16128-128) to 16256 (16128+128). The exact value will be chosen by GP4 at random, between these two extremes at every session, or maybe at every lap. If I'm talking nonsense, please correct me.

If you put -315 in the performance column, they drive backwards
