My race at Silverstone...

Started from the back (Raikkonen's used to that now), got up to the front fairly well, helped by people like Trulli doing this:


Scared myself lapping the Jordan by getting really close...


And then Monteiro decides he wants to spin off, then rejoin just as myself, Barrichello Ralf and Button are all following each other in 3rd, 4th 5th and 6th... they all slowed, I was tucked up behind them and then this had to happen:


With only 8 laps left, do I pit from 4th place for half a front wing, or just leave it? I decided to just deal with it! And was actually quicker than Barrichello and passed him for 3rd anyway!


Meanwhile, at the front, Montoya makes his pit stop insanely late, and Alonso gets past him on the pit exit. Now I'm sure it was the other way round when it happened in real life...


But then Montoya got past him on the track anyway to take the race:

the screenshots you guys posted are incredible! I have an ATI Radeon 9250 256 MB/128 Bit and I can't get the graphics to appear as good as that. Unless....

After the best vacation of my life.. i needed some race-action again..
