They should be blurry imo. They'd be too close to your eyes to focus on clearly. put your hand 2-3 inches from your face, and tell me if you can focus on it clearly. 
Even if you could, you would be looking a lot far forward at the road ahead, so the visor would be even more blurred.

I hate the cockpit visors in gp4, surely those stickers on the visor are just that, stickers, so they wouldn't be see through. Would they?
