Next Grand Prix game

GP4 has potential left. This track thing will get figured out, simple as that, and dont argue, cause were close, very close.


I am disturbed by all this rFactor stuff.

Every F1C Modder seems to allready have everything ready for rfactor. What if rFactor turns out to be just like f1C with better graphics?


People will definatley play GP4 then.

Now if rfactor turns out as good as everybody hopes....




What about evrybodys favorite? how will that affect GP4? It will, everybody wants to play a good game, so if its good it will last, if it sucks it will fizzle.

you do realise that most people have already played rfactor in some form or another right?

Yep, try the multiplayer demo, its good fun to drive, graphics arent as slick as gp4 imo, but thats the easy thing to fix with mods.

That rfactor video posted a few pages back looks like a GP4 vídeo in fast forward, with a strange "sliding" physics file, bad shaped and painted cars and F1C tracks!

I think mini-maestro has a very valid point, but only in terms of potential. Nothing can be said for sure until we get our hands on the final version of the game. Personally, I spend alot less time on GP4 these days, and concentrate on LFS, but I don't think i'd ever jump to r-factor (or LFS S2 for that matter) leaving GP4 behind. Then again, I can't say for sure that I wouldn't. No point in guessing what may or may not be. We can only wait and try first hand for ourselves.
