i use the Tcam, i would like do always use cockpit but for someone i just am terrible at it.

Tcam. Cockpit view just gives the impression of being really oversteery to me like it's going to snap out round corners so I don't trust it!

I simply moved the original t-cam for each slot down into each drivers head position, and moved the left side behind-the-shoulder cam up to the t-cam(all in TeamEditor).

I then enter GP4Tweaker, and assign the head movement tweak to the original t-cam(which is now in the helmet position ;)), and voila! I now have cockpit, helmet, and t-cam available(it'd be wise to enable the onboard camera projection tweak also, to remove the clipping in the new t-cam and helmet positions).
