GP4 graphics question

GP4 graphics question

I saw GP4 for sale for $20 at a shop yesterday and iu'm thinking about getting it.

I already have GP3 and i can see that the graphics are a big step forward in GP4. However on the back of the box it showed a pic of the Pit Crew and I'm wondering if they are animated or are the same as in GP3.
