Problem with Dinga's 2004 Intro Maps

I cant use Dinga's 2004 Intro maps...
I followed the readme, then i edited the ini files so it was in 2005 track order, and then when i was in GP4 a transparent grey box comes up, that's all...

and yes, i did search for this!

Tested them on 4 tracks no problem. Some tips: Ensure you have the .ini files in the same folder as the .tga files and you haven't renamed the .tga files(ie GPxCinfo is only displaying the dark transparency overlay and not the map image) .Only other thing I can think is you've edited the .tga and the alpha channels have been knackered somehow.Hope this helps!
