team editor not updating gp4.exe

I think I posted this this some months ago..
I reinstalled the whole shébang 2 weeks ago and I am using steve (big brothers) latest 2004 package.
I know that team editor does not work because the camera angles in game game do not match that of team editor so by extension nothing else will?
In cluding team files and bhp files?

if the Teameditor don't works with Steve's exe, try using a fresh decrypted exe, make all your changes with Teameditor and then export all. This should work again

most probably, tweaker is overriding the gp4.exe values...

Indeed gp4tweaker is overriding the values but i have a fix for that Darren!
