megapatch problem

Hey guys

have a few questions that im having a problem with. First why cant I go over 100 kmh an hour after I leave the pits?? I have auto gears selected and on rookie level. also the textures on the car are all messed up How can I fix this? Is it a graphics card problem?

for the over 100kmh u press scroll lock when u leave the pits

lol! I had same "broblem"! I did press almost all buttons on my keyboard before I found that! (Still was 2button s what I didnt press... LOL!!!)
