Suzuka beta track released

Suzuka track version 0.99 beta have been released made by:Ricardo Lampert, Mark Beijer, Erwin Maliepaard and Laurent Rousseau. Great work once again!!!

Just driven 'down the track' and i looks and feels fantastic ! Anddddd the new chicane is quite easy to take, then the old one.

new chicane ? does it have a different layout ??

Nope, the kerbs at the Casio chicane are flatter now, easier to ride than before.

ah yeah the chicane was hard to do without losing some tenths

i still lose about a second on that sector on my keyboard

the chicane is annoying but a great overtaking spot
no matter how u enter it whether by yourslef or passing a car you will always lose 0.3 - 1.0 seconds

sometimes I manage to not lose any time but it´s like in 10 laps , only 1 is successful , the reason is the kerb which has a strange profile , and imo , not realistic in comparison to real track

@fongu - i remember in practise (all the way through) i lost about 7 tenths, and was always about 7 tenths of the fastest lap time.

then in Quali in my last try i went all out and set fastest 1 and 2nd sectors, then in the final i set a time that was 1.5 faster than my previous best!!!!! and got pole!

i have never done a lap like that or even come close to repeating it

thats the worst in corner in gp4 imo ,its so hard to get it right and i hate it. Like u guys have said u can do a gr8 lap but lose it all in the last sector !!!
