1994 Mod Beta Public Release

My GP4 files are freely available for anyone to use, in whatever way.

So I can package them all on a cd and sell them for mega-bucks on eBay?! Cha-ching!

Nice looking mod... i'll have to give it a try some time.

I haven't test the mod yet, but I looked the performance file and it needs major adjustments.

-Senna is overrated for the race
-Benetton is too powerful
-Ligier is way too powerful
-Wendlinger problem
-Jordan should not be less powerful than Minardi
-Range numbers needs adjustments

ive be playing this mod for a few days now, and apart from changings a few t-cam pos. editing perf. file and altering the revs, its a fantastic mod a job well done thanks to all involed.

Just go to your GPSAVES\Carsets\1994_f1_beta\Data\Cars\11_Sauber folder.

Again I have a problem I downloaded this mod about 4 days ago and It is a stunning mod. Not perfect, but therefor it's a bèta. But now, I can't race anymore, I can see the loading screen but as soon as I should see my car, It's all black and the pc goes back to an error and whether I will send the error or not. And in the main menu, I don't see any driver names anymore. And, after close the mod, all files are being uninstalled so I should have the original GP4 again, but everything is gone... all drivers/cars and all my 5 hours of work to install.. am I the only one? and can somebody help me

I also have a problem with this carset:



Anybody who knows how I can solve this problem?

Obviously it's not a problem with the mod...

Seems that your troubles are connected to the track order. 1994 beta don't use any specific track order, e.g. if you look into gpxpatch directory you won't find gpxtrack.ini. maybe you have some kind of specific track order in your default gpxpatch configuration and when you run the mod it goes wrong in the way that your screen shows. try to investigate something in this area, i think you'll find a solution.

I am aware there are issues with the perf files i was new to them when i wrote these and since then i have had a busy schedule and have been away for some time, i am planning a set of perf files really soon and i will announce them here when they are ready, i am sorry for any troubles caused by them but remember i did the physics too and these i think are good?

I will be definately be creating physics to re-create every change that happened in 1994, that will be my first job for sure, i will then do race specific performances so it should hopefully be a good set when completed, i am considering releasing a modified perf file that is better just to keep people going until the proper ones are released as there seems to be problems with the current one, give me about a week and that should hopefully be done, the final pack of physics and perf files should be ready in 2-3 weeks i wouild estimate, hope that makes clear my plans

I tried to download this mod but i get an error when i start the download!
In all other files in the 1994 website i have the same problem

You're using a download manager, aren't you? Disable it temporary and you'll be able to download the file
