Who makes a new Cockpitshape and Textures 2004 or 2005? Make anywho a new Cockpit?

Well it might be slightly difficult to make a 2005 cockpit shape as it's still only December 27th.

Have a look in the downloads section on this site. K.S. Sor I believe made a nice 2004 generic cockpit shape.
