f1 1994 project

hello everyone!

so, here we go. first release is a long awaited Footwork FA15 Ford car.

still not released - sauber c13 (wip by me), simtek s941 (wip by loren) and pacific pr01 (wip by fongu/duffer). but some ofthe existing cars are hardly needs to be improved.

Duffer's Williams is great, but Loren's is near perfect.

forgot to mention it in readme file - thanks a lot to Fongu and Ross Hunter for T-Cam texture used it this model.
