I have the same problem, I think it's because of Viper's 3d Rims. Cause you have to set the Rotate via Texture to 0, And i think that causes the problem in the cockpit.

and how to solve the prob, that the left tyrewear is in wrong direction?

you need to copy the wheel shape to the cockpit wheel shape or something like that, as the cockpit wheel has only 3/4 of it moddelled

you need to change the f1grahpics file , rotate via textures to 0 or something like that

it was on '0' but I still had the problem, then I reinstalled his tyres and now it works fine... strange game
