For some people, using GP4 Tweaker never been easier because it's a tool not editor. Tool is like a dagger that can be very handy and useful but also capable to kill yourself.

thanfully you´re not comparing it to a katana or else I would kill myself for sure lol

Dagger can kill you slowly.
If you wanna die quick, feel free to use Katana because it's more comfortable and painless, especially at the neck.

how do i install tweaker? i've seen many beta, private, old releases but don't know which is the one for me. i installed 1.045 cu1 i think but didn't find any inis to define arm colours etc (i didn't read/find a manual either ).
i want a few of tweakers features for general use, and to make my mods to be released tweakerable (patrese and mansell had different colour driver suits in 1988 you see), so basically i want the latest version, and want to maybe include 'specials' when i release the mods (things like slipstream, dirty visors).
well i shure hope you can help me

If you select arms color tweak and press "export" button, you'll get INI file containing data definition for arms color.
