problem with Jaguar

I have a big problem with the Jaguar car of dahie.
It looks so:

erm.. i don't think it's Daniel's jag that's the problem.. it might be you're gfx drivers :| tried updating em?

ralphi, that has nothing to do with gfx drivers, otherwise, other cars would be strange too. something is wrong with the texture.

eeee.. could be... but my old nvidia card reacted strange to anything that was purple... it got all wierd :S

Looks like one of the .tex files has been downsampled. Other two are OK!

every tex has to be downsampled.. :|

But what if one is downsampled to smaller res file than is mapped onto LOD_0? Surely that would have this effect..!?

Ralphi u have some strange diagnosis's; First when i ask why my game crashes whenever i go to the TV view u suggest the PSU ???

Then u suggesta driver problem, when a driver problem wud effect more than just that.

This is clearly a tex problem as said. Speak to Dahie, if not then reinstall it and see if that helps.

that's what happend to me Chris.. i had the same problem... it happend in gp4 and in nascar 2003.. whenever i wanted to wiev in TV style my game crashed.. actually my pc rebooted... i thought you had the same problem..

Na, wenn du gleich persönlich antwortest, kann ich es gleich auf Deutsch schreiben.

Verändert hab ich nix und das ist die Version 3 (Kanada). Ich hab jedoch die Dateien manuel in die cars.wad eingefügt, also mit dem GP4Master. Ich hab jetzt dein Car nochmal mit dem WadUpdater 3.2 installiert und nun geht es. Komisch, aber hat sich ja erledigt.

it is because you altered your graphics configuration ie 16bit to 32bit or etc

reinstall your car.wad

if it doesn't work...well...

sh*t happens...

He installed the files again with wadupdater. First time he tried with GP4Master, donno how there could be such errors, except if the image sizes in texresizer aren't correct.
