Help please with DEFPANEL :)

I want the defpanel shown in the picture in this topic:

I dont want the top one (i have that), i want the one on the left but as you can see ive tried getting it (asking how they got it). And they say press this key:

but i dont have that key (i copied and pasted it here) on my keyboard, what is it, and where is it??

PS I have GP4 tweaker ver 1.0.4.5

on my keyboard it's the apostrophie. That's the one that is on the same key as @.

do u have tweaker 104.5 beta the pannel came up when i installed that hope that helps
