Now, after 4 races, I hope somebody do this beauty car !!!
I think , I´m speaking from the Soul of all GP4- Renault Fans, that these people, who work on this car, should release a WIP Screenshop !
That would be the greatest thing !!!!!

Greetings Kev

I think it's been said for about 100 times: Erwin, Wai and me are making the R24. Judging these screens above it's not ours :D

Progress is slow, please be patient. Trying to provoke people to show screens won't help you either. It will just decrease down the number of WIP's. It's almost no good showing WIP's anymore. Everybody is asking for WIP's (most of you in a really impolite way) and when it's there all you ask for is an ETA. You guys seriously think I won't give a ETA untill it has been asked for 20 bloody times?

We used to get some good criticism, but now it's either "this car sucks" (without any good motivation of this claim) or "When is the ETA".

ETA means Expected Time of Arrival

BTW I'm not talking 'bout ervyone here. Most of you guys are really great. But as in real life, there are some who spoil it for everybody...

I too was thinking this. Especially the nose

Look closey and only small changes have been made (it is the R23b with a few mods to it). Look at the barge borad, the R24 has a double barge board and the R24's front wing endplates have two elements, this one doesnt, and whoa the nose does not look like the R24s at all.

Apart from those lttle things looks good, very good, consider how hard it is, especially the sidepods.

So here's the only screenshots of erwins, mines and guyon's premapped R24. also these screens were taken before more modifications were made. we would be grateful if no one asked for progress updates, release dates and request for more screenshots. that would make things easy for us, it will be out in due time

The carshape is so smooth! Would I be murdered if I asked how much polys it has?
I'm pretty sure that I say this most times but this is surely one of the best cars for GP4 ever!

Damn, great shape, this is the only car I really appreciate this year, the sidepods are really smooth, good job!

btw, be sure trulli doesn't fall out of the car ;-) (pic 3)

4955 polys

while we're on the topic of poly count, with today's standards of carshapes, it's almost impossible to create a competitive car with so few polys. for this reason i've abandoned my low poly approach to carshapes. we're talking about 4000 - 6000 polys
