Deciding what it is you want to achieve would be a good start.
Your question is very much like walking into a large food store and asking someone how to prevent starvation. It's not a appropriate question. Or am I missing something?
But if you went in there and said that you wanted a meal made from cabbage, a bowl of sugar and a bird's beak you'd be in with more chance of a sensible answer, ie you could be referred to the Chinese section.
