well the light grey concrete kicks up the same dust as when you drive over gravel, and the darker grey run-off areas don't.

so yes it is a lot like the real bahrain!

ive just changed the sand colour to a much more realistic colour (not so bright), and removed the trees from the part of the circuit shown in the picture

...and it looks much better now.... guess you will just have to wait a couple of days till i post my next screenshot!

this is great !

next things would be removing the mountains (they dont really fit into the desert setting), and maybe replacing the grandstands with sepangs (they look similar somehow, imho)... did you replace the gravel in some of the runoff-areas with tarmac ?

and then of course the tracklayout, cc-lines etc :-)

as long as we have to drive A1 instead of bahrein this is the right approach. keep it up !

As a name for this track, i suggest "Ba1rein".

greetings, jp

jp2 - "maybe replacing the grandstands with sepangs (they look similar somehow, imho)... "

the Bahrain and Sepang tracks were designed by the same guy, hence the many similarities ;)

Good job though, it's looking nice. Shame the A1 Ring has so many inclines and hills as the Bahrain track is extremely flat (with the exception of some subtle banking in a couple of corners)

why are you using the a1 ring? It doesn't look like bahrain... I think you could better start with Spain, at least the layout is simalar.

i also think you could better use spain

you can replace A1 with the original spain and then adjust the spain to bahrein in the spain-slot ;)
