GP4 Master

I downloaded the GP4 master thing and it keeps displaying an error message every time I try and open it saying Invalid GP4.EXE. You need a decrypted GP4.EXE
The Grand Prix 4 path I was using was C:\Program Files\Infogames\Grand Prix 4
With the executable file name being
GP4.EXE and I tryed GP4.exe

there's no mention in the read me of which version should be used. I have the decrypted 9.6patch - should it be an earlier decrypted version?

do all these editors only work with the original decrypted gp4.exe?

Gp4 Master was written to be used with v1.00. To use it with 9.6 patch, d/l the Gp4 Util Patcher from this site and patch Gp4Master. Keep in mind that performance editing from Gp4Master would crash the game!

If you use easy wad to decompile and recompile the wad files, then all you need gp4 master for is saving neew tex files, i have 9.6 installed and thats how i use it, very easy this way

......d/l Gp4.exe v1.00 and rename it Gp4_old.exe and direct Gp4 Master to this exe.Works like a charm!!

Okay ive tryed taking the game fully out and deleting the remains. Then installing it again and then using GP Master and I still have the same problem. Please Help me as I really want to make my own team
