If back left and right reversed: double-click on the mirrors in GP4Builder, Edit mapping / click on scale / U = -1 / click on "apply" (it resets to 1, this is normal) and save.
If the textures of the mirrors are reversed: In GP4Builder: double-click on the mirrors: "Action" / "Invert" / "Umapping) and save and then test.

But in his case, he needs to invert (flip) Y coordinates:
1- Open your car with GP4 Builder
2- Double-click on "Scene1"
3- Click on z_cockpit_left_mirror
4- On the menu bar, Action/ Invert/ Y Coordinates
