as far as i guess it is far from gf4mx440 and far from mine graphics card (fx5200). fx5700 price is good and if it performs well, i will upgrade mine too.

gld, don`t buy it. buy fx5900 lx, or fx 5900xt, they cost the same and are much faster because of 8 pipelines instead of 4, and also memory interface is not 128bit but 256bit, so this card (5900lx/xt) is the same as 5950 ultra, exept the gpu and ram clock is a bit slower. at the moment 5900lx/xt is far the best buy.

if i were you, i would get the 9800 non pro for £125. This card is hardly any slower than the 9800 pro and was £270 not long ago

(scroll down a bit)

If you're not bothered about OEM you can get Radeon 9800 pro - third best card after 9800 xt and Fx5950 (and not by much) for around 130 quid ...and the 5900 XT is a great price/performance card I agree

No! Not compared to your present card. Don't buy less than a FX 5700 or 9600 Pro, cos your card is good atm.

Patricio - u would be downgrading with that card!!! even a 9600 pro is not much of an upgrade for the cost. Wait until the next line of gfx cards come out and then get a 9800 pro real cheap

patricio, your card is faster than radeon 9600xt, so don`t buy enything else. 9600xt gets more points in 3dmark only because it is doing dx9 tests, and ti 4400 can`t do this tests because it`s a dx8.1 card. so don`t buy enything else, at this moment.
