The Best PC for GP4!

Right lads now i've got more time on my hands I wanna get back into GP4. What I want is a new PC that will allow me run GP4 at its best! (if thats possible!) I tried to search for a thread like this but the search was just taking ages to load so im sorry if this thread has been done 1000s of times.
Basically if anyone can show me some good systems to go for I would be really grateful!

seriusly, I got a AMD 1400Mhz, G-Force II 65Mb, 256Mbram, and I´m not even close to run GP4 at its best.... if I improve too much the graphics, I easily get my PO over 100% at the starting grid!!!!

I have P 4 2.6 Ghz, Asus G-Force FX5200, 1 Gb DDR... And it's not enough... ...for Viper's carset... The original is going good.

I have that system that is in my sig, but I can`t run gp4 smootly with all mirrors, I have cars only. Maybe that`s because I am running 4AA and 4AF. I have my 2003 carset, with MP4-19 in it, so cars.wad is 90mb big. Otherwise, everithing is set to max (even dynamic en. mapping), exept the mirors. FPS are set to 30, because I think that the game looks the best at this value. So, buy the same comp like I have, just put in 9800pro, instead of 9600xt, and GP4 should be at max.

I am from Slovenia, so I bought this in Slovenia, on the internet, from almoust the whole country, and then I put it together at home.

I bought this computer in February:

P4 3GHZ
Ati Radeon 9600XT
2 Maxtor 120GB disks
512MB of ram
DVD Rom
Intel Rock Lake motherboard
Philips 109B5 monitor

Without keyboard, mouse, speakers, it cost me around 1500$

From what I've heard the AMD64 is great with GP4.

Just get a 9800 Pro, and you're set

Alternatively the xp2500 is a great price / performance proccessor
