Great car Dahie.. only I find the blue on the car a bit too light.. is this the alpha layer or just the textures?
But I hope you get well soon and get your new PC fixed.. Go one with the good works!!

I guess it's a little bit of both, I'll see if I darken it a bit, but I haven't decided yet. Any more comments about the color?

can't believe so...textures are being tiled, otherwise lots of tracks and some cars should be white all over the place!

i thought the blue was pretty good, maybe a touch darker not too much, but was better than vipers blue i think

Maybe you could consider making darker alpha channels than usual; this way your white part would look good, and blue would be also less reflective, but since you painted metallic shadings that's a good thing, because your paint work would be more visible/effective. If it doesn't work, you should still have darker alphas under white, and eventually lighter under blue, and don't forget to make a white line under silver stripes. Sorry if you did that already ;-)

@erwin - i had flashing textures on thrashers willimas, and sone of my 88 cars and they were all solved that way. not sure about other things - carb is usually mapped bigger than the area, so may explain some suspension flickering.
but i'm sure thats why the cokpit here flickers

@Bojan: thanks for the advises. The silver parts are already white in the alpha channel, but a darker one on the blue is worth a try :)

hi there,

I installed the FW26 with the included Wadinstaller of Viper. After that TeamPatcher should run automaticly, but it doesn't. If I run it manually and I want to install the .car-file, it gives an error and it closes the program!

Does anyone know what this error is and how to avoid it??
Thanks alot...

gr. Edo

Sorry, but HOW STUPID CAN ONE BY?!

I gave you permission to upload any final car, but no beta version which is repeatedly stated as "Not to publish"!
And that even after I had to contact several sites because the put it online ... gosh!
Take it off ...

I think you will find that you are the one that has things the wrong way round... The helmet I am using is Marc Gene's helmet...

Thats a pic of Gene's latest testing at Paul Ricard.
