Does anyone know how to use accelerated time with 2003 quali rules on and not miss your turn. When I'm playing I always use accel time in quali but I always end up missing my turn which is really annoying. I can never be bothered watching the other cars qualifying
you have to remember your slot, think of whos going out before you, and when you see them stop the time acceleration, what i do is use gpxsat? the thing in the top left corner, and switch it to lap times, you'll now be able to see whos on track, when the car in front of you appears, stop accelerating and wait for your turn.
I think, but i am not sure, that the turns for gp4 qualfying are the same, as they were in real life. so if kimi (or anyone else) was the first in real life on friday, the he was the last in saturday. so is in gp4. Kimi (or anyone else) would start his qualfying the last in gp4, if he was the last in real life. i hope you know what i mean.
if you just accelerate about 2 mins at a time, and just check theres 3 cars either on track or in the pits, if theres 2, then you'll know youre about to go out, or maybe its the 5 car thing, but thats what i do, works alright, never missed it
Yeah I think this is must be solved. That d*mn GP4 time skipping (randomly between 4-8 seconds than normal time) causing the next turn for player is harder to predict. This think also won't work with accel time through in-race game menu.
In reality, doesn't matter who's right but most important is who's left.
