How create a steering wheel

if someone can me explain how is possible create a steering wheel for to be also useful for other users, and if is difficult or not and what program is better use, but it is necessary photoshop, i don´t know use, thanks in advance for suggest and other.

Friend, is not difficult. You need some image editor, can be Photoshop. You also need the ZAZ Tools package. To edit the wheel seen outside cockipit the file is STHWHELL.TEX. As for the steering wheel in the cockpit, you need to edit the TeX files within the folder in the file COCKIPITS CARS.WAD
