I Have no sound (fixed)

Hi everyone. I've just installed a Creative Sound Blaster X-fi Titanium with Alchemy software into my PC.
In GP4 in the sound menu I CAN select 3D acceleration and EAX effects. But there is no sound at all coming from the game. My pc plays movies and sound from other games fine, but not GP4.

Any suggestions as to what could be the problem? Thanks!

Hey guys, I have a sound card and I can select the EAX effect on the sound menu but I have no sound at all in the game.

Does any body know what could be wrong?

I have installed the latest Alchemy software, my other games are working fine except GP4.

I using an optical cable from my PC to my sonos soundbar

You don't have to post twice, if you haven't got an answer yet it means people are probably busy, it's the weekend. There's info on X-Fi in the FAQ. Solved your problem? Edit the header to show [Fixed].
